10 sessions, one hour each

What you get by the end of the workshop

The independent ability to apply AI to any task at work, including tasks that don't exist yet today. Not a tool you get stuck with the moment a task falls outside the template, but a skill that stays with you and grows with you.

  • Full independence: every new, unusual or out of the ordinary task gets solved by you, without waiting for anyone's update
  • Real flexibility: the tools adapt to you, not the other way around
  • Control over your information: knowing exactly what you enter and why, and protecting confidentiality and privacy wisely
  • A growing return: the more you experiment, the more uses you discover, so the value keeps coming long after the workshop ends

Workshop structure: what you gain in each session

Session 1 | Foundations and safe use

Getting to know the tool's basic principles, including its natural limitations and the situations where mistakes can happen. Alongside that, clear rules for protecting confidentiality and privacy: which sensitive details (about clients, the business or third parties) may and may not be entered into the system. The session includes a first exercise: uploading a real document from your daily work and getting a summary.

Session 2 | The workspace and settings

Getting to know the different models and how to choose between them based on the complexity of the task, including using extended thinking for complex analysis. Setting up a separate workspace for each project or area, where the tool keeps the relevant background over time, and defining a fixed writing style that matches the way your business writes.

Session 3 | Writing effective requests

The core session of the workshop: principles for phrasing a precise request, breaking a complex task into stages, and an iterative process for improving the result. Special emphasis on spotting when the tool "makes up" information, and on a standing rule: every critical fact, figure or source must be verified independently before it is actually used.

Session 4 | Applying it to your daily work

Focused practice on the types of documents and tasks typical of your field: letters, reports, price quotes, content, analyses and more, as needed. The goal is a way of working you can apply even to a new task you have never met before.

Session 5 | Managing multiple projects and scheduled tasks

Managing several projects or clients in parallel, and setting standing working instructions for each workspace. Setting up recurring, scheduled tasks, such as a weekly reminder to follow up on deadlines and open tasks.

Session 6 | Structured outputs (Artifacts)

Presenting information as a comparison table, a timeline or another structured document, as a tool that makes analysis and decisions easier at a glance, instead of a long paragraph of text.

Session 7 | Connecting to external information sources

Connecting the tool to your email inbox, calendar and cloud folders, to pull information directly without uploading it by hand. Alongside that, getting to know the version that works in the browser: summarizing web pages and articles while you browse, and filling in repetitive forms, along with the right precautions for working with systems that hold sensitive information.

Session 8 | Producing professional documents

Producing designed, edited Word files, PDFs, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations directly from the conversation, ready to send or present.

Session 9 | Complex tasks and building personal tools

Running a task made up of several consecutive steps without constant involvement, for example processing and organizing an entire folder of documents related to an active project. Alongside that, getting to know the ability to ask, in plain language, for a small personal tool to be built: a calculator, a tracking table, a basic landing page, with no technical background whatsoever.

Session 10 | Working independently: the closing session

Tackling a new task that was not discussed before, applying the tools and principles learned throughout the workshop fully on your own, with guidance only. This is the session that makes sure the ability truly stays with you and does not depend on the instructor being there.

Throughout all the sessions, three standing principles are emphasized: protecting confidentiality and privacy, verifying every critical source and figure, and making clear that professional responsibility for the final output always remains with the professional.

Who the workshop is for

The structure is flexible and tailored to your field and the nature of your daily work, which makes it especially relevant and recommended for professionals and independent practitioners such as:

Lawyers and law firms | Accountants and tax advisors | Business and strategy consultants | Real estate agents and brokers | Digital marketing and content professionals | Project managers | Insurance advisors and agents | Architects and interior designers | Owners of small and mid sized businesses | CEOs and senior managers | HR consultants | Copywriters and content creators

In each of these fields, the tailoring is done through a short assessment beforehand that maps the types of documents, sources and sensitivities unique to the field, so the workshop's general principles are translated into each client's specific language and needs.
