What a visit looks like

Every visit is shaped by what the business needs at that stage. A few examples:

  • At an office: half an hour of training for the team on writing emails and summarizing documents with AI, followed by building an automation that turns an inquiry form into a price quote.
  • At a retail business: setting up a dashboard that brings sales and inventory together in one place, and a short meeting with the owner about what to measure next month.

How it works

  1. A free introductory meeting. We get to know the business, understand where the time goes, and check whether we are a good fit.
  2. A bank of hours, as needed. You buy a monthly or quarterly bank of hours, sized to your business. There is no commitment beyond the bank you bought.
  3. Visits as often as suits you. Anywhere from a few times a week to once every few weeks, anywhere in Israel. Travel is included in the price.
  4. Between visits. Quick questions on WhatsApp at no charge. Remote work, such as building and fixes, comes out of the bank of hours.

Full transparency

Every client has a shared task board showing in real time what is in progress and what is done. At the end of each month you get a written summary: what was done, how many hours were used, what changed in the business and what comes next.

What we build belongs to you

Every system, agent and automation is built in the business's own accounts and belongs to it completely. No lock in and no dependency: even if you stop the service, everything that was built stays with you. Subscriptions to the tools themselves, such as ChatGPT, Claude or hosting services, are paid by the business directly to the providers.

The price depends on the number of hours and where the business is located, and we put it together in the introductory meeting.

Do I need technical knowledge to start?

No. The expert starts from where your business is today and teaches the team at its own pace.

How is this different from a one time project?

A one time project ends on delivery day. But AI changes every month, and your business changes with it. A regular expert knows the business, keeps improving what was built, and brings in new tools when they genuinely help.

What happens to my business's data?

Hamatzpen AI Implementation protects the business's information and does not pass it on. Work with AI is done responsibly and by professionals. That said, when working with third party services, such as the tool providers themselves, failures beyond our control can happen. That is why we decide together in advance which information goes into which tool.

Can I stop?

Yes. The commitment is only for the bank of hours you bought, and everything built up to that point stays yours.

What happens to unused hours?

The hours in the bank are for the period you bought, a month or a quarter, and do not roll over to the next one. That is why in the introductory meeting we size the bank together to match your business's pace of work.
