Privacy policy

This website sets no cookies and runs no third party analytics tools. This page explains exactly which details are collected (in the contact form, in the chat with Libi and in our own visit measurement), where they go, and how long they are kept.

Who we are

This privacy policy applies to the website of Hamatzpen AI Implementation. For any question or request about privacy, you can email us at hamatzpenai@gmail.com, or reach us in the following ways:

What we collect

Information reaches us in three ways. In the first two, you hand over the details knowingly; the third is our own visit measurement, which does not identify you as a person, and is explained under "Measuring visits to the site" below.

The chat with Libi

Libi is an automated conversational agent, not a person. When you write to her, your text is sent for processing to an outside language model provider that generates the answer, and to an automation service (Make) that runs her. We keep the conversation in our database: a conversation without contact details is deleted automatically after 90 days; a record in which a name, phone number or email was given is kept so we can get back to you.

Please do not write credit card numbers, ID numbers or passwords to Libi. Libi is also explicitly instructed never to ask for such details.

What we use the information for

  • To get back to you after an inquiry through the form or the chat.
  • To answer the question or request you raised.
  • To improve the quality of Libi's answers, based on past conversations.

We do not use the details you gave us for advertising or marketing mailings, unless you separately and explicitly agree to it.

Measuring visits to the site

The site counts visits so we can know which pages are interesting and which content is worth writing more of. The measurement is ours alone. It is not based on Google Analytics, includes no cookie at all, and writes no identifier to your browser.

Your IP address is used momentarily on the server to compute a code that is unique to the day (a hash of a secret, the IP address, the browser identification and the date), and that is its only purpose. This code changes every midnight Israel time, so there is no way to link today's visit with tomorrow's visit by the same person. The IP address itself is not stored anywhere. The country shown in our reports is estimated from the browser's time zone, not from the IP location.

Measurement data is kept for 400 days and then deleted automatically. It is not linked in any way to contact details given in the form or in the chat.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell or rent personal information to anyone.
  • We don't pass details to third parties for marketing or advertising.
  • We don't track you across different websites.
  • We don't set cookies.
  • We don't use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or similar tracking tools.

Who else is involved

For the site, the form and the chat to work, a few outside services take part in the flow of information. Each one has a defined role only:

How long we keep information

Your rights

You have the right to review the information we keep about you, to correct it or to ask for it to be deleted. To do so, email us at hamatzpenai@gmail.com or contact us on WhatsApp, and we will reply within a reasonable time.

Actual deletion involves both our email inbox and our database, so it takes some handling time and does not happen instantly or automatically, but it will be done.

As for visit measurement data: these rights cannot in practice be exercised on it, because it contains no detail that would make it possible to identify and locate a specific visit of yours, and that is exactly why it was built this way.
